Who is this book intended for? 

This book would be best implemented in an education course at a college or university, as a book study for new teachers in a school district, or given as a gift for college-graduates before entering their teaching career. New teachers may want to purchase it on their own as they navigate their first few years in the classroom, or a teacher-mentor may purchase a copy for both themselves and the mentee to use as a book study. New teacher programs in school districts might also be interested in providing this to new teachers when they are hired.
